LEGO 10350 Tudor Corner is your 2025 Modular Building!

LEGO have officially unveiled the 2025 LEGO Modular building – 10350 Tudor Corner, celebrating the iconic British architectural style.
This 3,266-piece mixed-use corner building features a gorgeous facade that’s unlike anything that LEGO have ever done, and comes with 8 minifigures.
10350 Tudor Corner will be released on 1 January 2025 for LEGO Insiders ahead of a 4 January general release exclusively on LEGO.com or your local LEGO Store. As a bonus, fans who purchase the set from 1-7 January 2025 will receive 40757 Corner Kiosk as a gift with purchase while stocks last,
- 10350 Tudor Corner [US] – US$229.99
- 10350 Tudor Corner [AUS] – AU$349.99

Here’s how 10350 Tudor Corner looks connected to 10326 Natural History Museum and 10312 Jazz Club! You can see just how distinct the Tudor architecture looks here alongside the more traditional American and European style s we’ve seen in previous editions.
Also, it looks like my prediction was wrong this year, so I can’t claim this as a win!
The 2025 LEGO Modular building is designed by François Zapf, with graphics by Ashwin Visser.

Here’s a look at the 8 minifigures included, one of which is a mannequin for the haberdasher. I really like the chimney sweeper here!

As this is an English-inspired building, the ground floor has an English Pub-inspired restaurant called The Old Guarded Inn, which LEGO Castle fans will immediately recognise as a nod to 6067 Guarded Inn, a beloved Castle set from 1986.

Attached to the building is also a Haberdashery where a Hatmaker makes and sells his wares, adding to the English charm.

On the upper level is a Clockmaker, which is a cool little business for fans of horology, and there’s also a new printed clock face that features on the facade.

And last but not least, there’s also an apartment on the upper level. I had hopes that the 2025 Modular Building would be a purely residential building, but unfortunately, I can’t quite claim this as a prediction as it’s only one small space in the building!

This is in all honesty, a gorgeous and fantastic entry to the Modular Building series. The facade is just beautiful, and I love the different colours, and how great it looks from different angles.

The Tudor Architecture in particular is a huge visual draw, and I think LEGO Modular Building fans will be incredibly happy with the 2025 LEGO Modular Building.
Oh and fun fact! Because 10326 Natural History Museum released in December 2023, and 10350 Tudor Corner releases in January 2025, 2024 will be the first year since the inception of Modular Buildings to NOT have a release in the calendar year!
10350 Tudor Corner will be released on 1 January 2025 via LEGO Insiders early access and will be available from LEGO.com or your local LEGO Store.
What do you think of the LEGO Tudor Corner modular building? Are you excited by the 2025 Modular offering?
