Bev Thomas, a Rhode Island native, holds degrees from University of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College.
Bev taught art in the Cranston School department for 28 years while painting and showing her work in New England.
Many of her paintings are done on site or from drawings and photos while paddling into an area that is
off the beaten path. She is constantly composing and building up ideas while on the water or trails. Now retired from teaching, she volunteers for environmental and community groups.
